A planning application has been submitted for the Old School, Staunton-on-Wye.
The application relates to certain conditions on the planning approved in 2014 (P133440/F) for a new build care home.
The application seeks to modify some of the conditions placed on the 2014 planning and to allow development to start before the deadline of 23 April 2017 (the 2014 application required commencement within three years – this is typically required to avoid developers sitting on land and not going ahead with development).
The target determination date is Thursday June 8th 2017.
